Reiki energy is spiritually guided life force energy, from God Source Creator, which flows through the physical and energetic bodies. This energy works to relax the physical body allowing the body to do what it does naturally: heal itself. People are made up of what one of my Spirit Guides calls the “four roommates.” These ‘roommates’ are the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual selves. When something happens to one of the roommates, they are all impacted. For example, when a person experiences trauma (any kind of abuse, neglect, or traumatic events or circumstances), and the emotions are not properly expressed and healed, they become ‘stuck’ in the physical and energetic bodies. Over time this unexpressed, unhealed emotional energy can begin to cause physical and mental health issues and diseases.
