This is a 30 minute session your family pet will enjoy the experience of healing Reiki energy. The animals themselves determine the length of the Reiki sessions. Animals are sensitive to energy and may want only 15 minutes of Reiki. They may come closer to the Reiki practitioner or they may come close only to move away after a few minutes. Some animals need to get used to the Reiki energy before tolerating longer sessions. Large or potentially dangerous animals require in-person, hands-off treatment or a virtual session. The sessions should be provided in an area where the animal feels most comfortable. Generally, sessions last about 15 minutes, although, if the animal wants more Reiki, the sessions can last longer.
