"I was experiencing really bad vertigo in 2022. The room would spin as I tried to sit up from a lying position. I dealt with it for months, eventually figuring out that if I turned my head to the right, the spinning would stop. However it was awful to deal with. I sought help from my physician, who referred me to a physical therapist. I went to the physical therapist twice over the next 3 months where she did the Epley maneuver. It was expensive and it didn't cure me. I decided to try something else and found Susan at Chrysalis Healing Arts. In our 30 minute distance reiki session I felt sensations happening in my body.
