My journey

As a child growing up I was full of questions, confusion, and fear, navigating my life with ever-present undercurrent feelings of worthlessness and shame. As an empathic person, I felt others’ emotions and energy. I grew up believing that others’ feelings and moods were my responsibility. This led to me forming relationships with people who were as lost and insecure as I was. I developed an eating disorder and a drug and alcohol addiction to cover up the pain of feeling worthless and the pain of never feeling like I belonged–anywhere. I struggled in all areas of my life which forced me to face the most important and painful truth about myself: I needed to learn to love myself. By the age of 51 I really began to listen to my inner voice and I had a spiritual awakening. 

Spiritual awakening is an incredible experience! This journey of healing, of remembering who I Am, has been a magnificent and beautiful journey. Along the way I discovered Reiki healing. I’ve also learned how to connect with my Divine Team of Spirit Guides. I’ve learned that I am a psychic medium, an energy healer, and an artist. My old story is no longer mine because I have become a new version of myself. My old story is part of what makes me who I Am today and I have love and gratitude for all of these experiences. I write a new story now and it is this: I Am whole and part of God Source Creator. Everyone and all sentient beings are whole and part of God Source Creator. I incarnated on Earth to help others heal, awaken, and discover their inner truth. I incarnated on Earth to help Gaia and the human collective in the ascension process that is currently taking place on the planet today.

I earned my Reiki Master certification and Animal Reiki (levels I & II) in 2023 from the International Center for Reiki Training® (founded by William Rand). I love to help people on their spiritual and healing journeys and Reiki is a beautiful and gentle way to do that. I also do Oracle card readings.
